High blood pressure often has no symptoms, but it can have a big impact on your long‑term health. The good news is that small daily habits can make a real difference.

Simple ways to help prevent hypertension:
🥗 Add more fruits & veggies to your plate
🚶‍♂️ Move your body for at least 30 minutes a day
🧂 Keep an eye on salt — little swaps add up
😌 Make space for stress‑relief
💧 Stay hydrated
🛌 Prioritise good sleep

Your heart works hard for you every day — show it some love.
