💛Thank you to the Wellbeing Team at Talking Therapies who led the last session of the Mind & Body series - focusing on Self Care and Relaxation. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

This series brought physical health 💪 and mental health 🧠 topics together in monthly sessions - providing health information and support. It has been great to continue to work with Shanklin residents and meet new members of the community, while discussing topics such as chronic pain, sleep, diabetes & heart health.
