Meet the new full team 💜💜💜

Let us introduce you to the new Epsom & St. Helier MNVP team. We have Sophie, the St. Helier Maternity Lead, Bernadette, the Epsom Maternity Lead and Christina, the Neonatal Lead. We're so proud to join together to help improve the services for all families

11/02/2026

Come and join Epsom & St Helier MNVP on Thursday the 19th February at Trinco, Oru Space for a coffee and a chat ☕️

If you are pregnant, or have had your baby under the care of Epsom & St Helier Hospital over the last few years, this will be a really informal way to talk, hear your experiences and gather feedback that we can share with the maternity team at the trust.⁣

We will cover the cost of one drink per person in exchange for your time ☕️

The MNVP is run by co-leads Sophie & Bernadette who between us have had three babies at Epsom & St Helier hospitals 🏥 over the last 4 years. We work independently to the hospital but collect feedback on their behalf to review and develop the maternity services. This is a safe environment to share openly and candidly 💕 ⁣

📍Trinco Cafe @ Oru Space (seated sofa area in-front of the till)⁣
Entrance on Sutton High Street SM1 via Times Square Shopping Centre ⁣

📆 Thursday 19th February 09.30 - 11.30am

We look forward to seeing you. Please spread the word to anyone you think would be interested and message to let us know whether you can make it 😊 ⁣

❄️ December arrivals ❄️

As 2025 came to a close, we welcomed our December babies, the final little arrivals of the year. Born amid frosty mornings and cosy nights, they helped end the year with something truly special. ☃️

Alongside these joyful beginnings, we continue to hold close the families whose precious babies couldn’t stay. Your little ones are remembered with love and care. 🕊️

✨As we step into 2026, we thank all our families for allowing us to be part of your journeys and look forward to continuing to support you in the year ahead. 🤍

Celebrating ESTH September Arrivals!
A huge congratulations to all the families who welcomed their new little ones last month! Each new baby is a special joy, and we love celebrating these precious arrivals🎉

🕊As yesterday marked the end of Baby Loss Awareness Week, we also hold space in our hearts for the three precious babies birthed with us in September who were born sleeping. Their lives, though brief, are deeply cherished, and we send love and strength to their families 🕊

As we move into October, we hold hope for new beginnings while remembering those little ones who may not be with us. Sending care and support to all families, whatever their journey 🫶

Today marks the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week. A time to reflect, honour, and remember every baby gone too soon, and to hold in our hearts the families whose lives have been forever changed.

This week brings together those affected by baby loss, creating space for open conversation, remembrance, and community support. It’s also a time to raise awareness about the impact of pregnancy and baby loss, and to work together for better care and understanding.

You are not alone. 💗

If you or someone you know has been affected by baby loss, there are organisations offering compassionate support:
🤍 Tommy’s – information, research, and support for anyone experiencing pregnancy loss or complications (www.tommys.org)
🤍 Baby Loss Awareness UK – leading this week of reflection, remembrance, and advocacy (www.babyloss-awareness.org)
🤍 The Worst Girl Gang Ever – a community for those navigating miscarriage, stillbirth and baby loss (www.theworstgirlgangever.co.uk)
🤍 MAMA Academy – supporting parents and professionals to make pregnancies safer (www.mamaacademy.org.uk)

We’ll also be joining in the Wave of Light on 15th October — lighting candles at 7pm to remember all babies who are no longer with us. ✨

Let’s keep talking, remembering, and supporting one another. 💫
