It is with pleasure that I waved goodbye to one of my flying phobia clients today after 7 sessions. She has just returned from 32 hours of flying there and back from her holiday destination having had the most amazing time, and a special family occasion that she was determined not to miss. She is now looking forward to flying on holiday and exploring the world in 2026.

Some feedback from a client on the hypnotic slimming jab we did recently: "I really felt a difference, it was weird as I just didn't fancy eating my usual snacks and the food noise was quietened." She lost 6 pounds in the first week after the first session.

Wonderful to have just finished delivering training in Personalised Care & Health Coaching skills to Strategic Managers as well as GP's and other clinicians in the NHS over the past 4 weeks and to support them to become PCI Accredited in these skills which will benefit all of their patients and staff. As well as working with my clients in private practice, in a therapeutic capacity as an Integrated NLP Hypnotherapist and Health & Wellbeing Coach and seeing the difference this makes in their lives. I am so blessed to do this work with such amazing people.
