I am an integrated Therapist, using Hypnotherapy, NLP, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Gastric Band hypnotherapy and Coaching to get results. Unlike other therapists/coaches I am not constrained by one way of working and have a huge “tool box” at my fingertips which enables me to tailor my services to meet your individual needs.

Happiness and fulfilment in my work in overload today! Just had the most amazing message from a beautiful client who I have been working with for a little while. She was terrified of flying . She has been offered an amazing opportunity to change her life but it involved flying somewhere to take this opportunity. I have just got a wonderful message to say she has landed in her destination safely and although was a little nervous waiting for the flight- she put into practice what we had done and actually relaxed during the flight! I am overjoyed.😀She totally deserves this incredible opportunity and it will be life changing for her.

In so many conversations with women, I hear the same issue repeated- "I feel exhausted. I feel overwhelmed with juggling everything I have on my plate at the moment. I am just about coping but feel like I can't keep going like this" So many women are working hard, juggling so many responsibilities, look after everyone else but just don't have time or energy to look after themselves- to just take a break and replenish. I have been there and I understand how this feels.
That's why I have created Pause- a monthly nurturing space for women to connect, gently replenish and take some time for them. There is a community space to share in between our monthly sessions too- and weekly inspiration to feed your mind, body and soul- all for the price of a few coffees. If you could do with some loving support, and time to breathe out- Pause is for you.

A week in the life of an Integrated NLP Hypnotherapist and Health and Wellbeing Coach. This week I have worked with the following issues:
- a client living in Dubai, who is now caught up in the Middle East - Issues, already dealing with Anxiety;
- Grief following loss of a parent unexpectedly
- weight loss (several of these this week)
- a client in Singapore who wants to connect with herself again
- fear of flying
- general anxiety disorder.
Additionally I have been signing people up to my Pause Community membership. So a busy week.
But I wanted to share the diversity of issues that I work with, supporting my clients towards greater self awareness, and understanding, and in making the changes that they wish to make. This is done using Hypnotherapy, Coaching skills, NLP processes, in addition to counselling skills, Colournostics and Integral Eye Movement therapy.

Sometimes it's your nervous system needing a reset.
Try 30 second nervous system reset:
ce one hand on your chest
and one hand on your tummy.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

Now breathe out slowly

Let the exhale be longer than the inhale.
This tells your nervous system that you are safe.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do in a busy day
is simply pause.

Friday morning Reflection on 1% Less

We are encouraged to work on getting 1% better every day. The push to do more, work harder, be more!

But this week, a friend shared a Post with me that got me thinking.

What if the shift could be 1% less… instead of 1% more?

1% less rushing.
1% less noise.
1% less overthinking.
1% less pressure.

This small tweak creates something powerful:

space.

I put this into practice myself this week. Knowing I had a lot to do one morning, instead of rising early and pushing through when I was already tired- I got up at a reasonable time and went for a run before starting work.

It felt counter intuitive and my head was saying" You've got so much to do today, you haven't got time for this!"

I enjoyed my run, it energised me and grounded me. I actually focused better and was more productive in a slower, gentle way.

Now here's the thing: when your brain is overloaded, and you are rushing from one thing to the next, feeling under pressure, your ability to think clearly and make good decisions reduces.

Taking that 1% time for me that morning, gave me space to replenish.
And as a result it lifted my energy, and my mood: I felt sharper, calmer, and more motivated.

So as we approach the end of the week, my question to you is:

Where could 1% less create more of what you actually need right now?

90-Second Nervous System Reset

Try this sequence:
1. Look around and find:
• Something blue
• Something solid
• Something that hasn’t changed in years
2. Say:
“Right now, in this moment, I am okay.”
3. Slow exhale like you’re fogging up a mirror.

Do that three times.

Tell me if it shifts even 5%.
