Did you know that all of our Matwork Pilates classes are available live online as well as in studio?

If you’re unable to attend in person, you’re welcome to join the class live from home instead. The class is taught in real time, so you’ll still be guided throughout as normal.

You can book via our website in the usual way. If you plan to attend online, please let Christine know in advance of the class so she can share the joining link with you.

A flexible option to help you stay consistent with your practice.

⚠️ Class Cancellation – Tuesday 24th February ⚠️

Please note that the following classes are cancelled on Tuesday 24th February:

• 5:00–6:00pm – Reformer (Pre & Post Natal)
• 6:15–7:15pm – Matwork (Mixed Ability)
• 7:15–8:15pm – Matwork (Mixed Ability)

Please book an alternative class via the website, or contact Christine at the studio if you need any help rearranging.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Pregnant or recently had a baby? This class is for you 💫

Our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates class runs every Tuesday from 5-6pm. A gentle yet strengthening session tailored to your needs. Babies are very welcome.

We’re excited to announce our brand new ladies only Pilates matwork classes, designed to help you improve core strength and stability, whilst supporting pelvic floor and lower back health. Enjoy expert guidance from experienced studio owner, Christine in our calm, boutique studio setting.

Timetable:
Mondays at 6pm
Wednesdays at 7:15pm

Whether you’re new to Pilates or returning to the mat, these classes are the perfect way to build strength whilst feeling confident and comfortable in a women-only environment.

We’re excited to introduce Pilates Bootcamp at The Chatsworth Studio, combining strength, control and challenge in one powerful Reformer and Matwork Pilates class.

Friday 6:30am – 8:00am

We’re excited to introduce yoga at the studio in 2026, with Sophie from Arna Yoga ✨

Trained in Rishikesh, India, Sophie blends Hatha and gentle Vinyasa flow with mindful breathing and meditation, creating warm, welcoming classes for every body. With a background in sport science, personal training and nutrition, her teaching offers a grounded, holistic approach to movement, strength and mobility.

✨ Christmas Break Announcement ✨

The Chatsworth Studio’s Pilates classes will be taking a festive pause from Sunday 21st December to Sunday 4th January.

Classes will resume as normal from Monday 5th January, and we can’t wait to welcome you back feeling refreshed and ready for the new year.

Notice of Class Cancellations

Please note that all Pilates classes will be cancelled on Monday 10th November, and will resume as normal on Tuesday 11th November.
