We’re excited to introduce yoga at the studio in 2026, with Sophie from Arna Yoga ✨

Trained in Rishikesh, India, Sophie blends Hatha and gentle Vinyasa flow with mindful breathing and meditation, creating warm, welcoming classes for every body. With a background in sport science, personal training and nutrition, her teaching offers a grounded, holistic approach to movement, strength and mobility.

✨ Christmas Break Announcement ✨

The Chatsworth Studio’s Pilates classes will be taking a festive pause from Sunday 21st December to Sunday 4th January.

Classes will resume as normal from Monday 5th January, and we can’t wait to welcome you back feeling refreshed and ready for the new year.

Notice of Class Cancellations

Please note that all Pilates classes will be cancelled on Monday 10th November, and will resume as normal on Tuesday 11th November.

If you’re booked into a class on Monday, please rebook an alternative session via the website or speak to Christine at the studio for assistance.

All wellbeing treatments will continue as usual.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
