As we are about to start our last trustee meeting of 2025 unless we have to have an emergency meeting we wanted to share with you the start of a feature wall we’re creating in our office .

It’s crazy to think we’ve had our office coming up to 2 years but as you can imagine it’s hard at times running the charity alongside our full time jobs but it’s been mentioned in a few meetings over the past 12 months we want to make it more like home because that’s where the heart is ❤️

We have a our 2024 pink challenge shirt signed and framed by the one and only Sir Geoff Hurst a pride moment of ours when we hosted an evening with him last year 🤩

But this is just the start it looks amazing the letters MFS short for Miles for smiles with all pictures of families we have adopted since becoming a charity . So every time we walk into the office we can see the smiles and happy memories we’ve created which fills us with nothing but joy .

So when it gets tough it’s a constant reminder that it’s all worth it ❤️

So tonight the team arranged a get together , the last time they seen one another was on the battlefield of helping each other to get over the line of the 100 mile walk in 3 days visiting 10 stadiums along the way

The team have presented our charity tonight with a cheque with the total of £11,141.11 . We are totally blown away by the incredible support shown by these incredible people , unfortunately 1 or 2 of the team was missing tonight but we genuinely couldn’t be any more appreciative of all your hard work and fundraising efforts you’ve shown towards our charity from all of our trustee’s THANKYOU !

In my spare time, I love to have a throw of darts, play some football, but also go and watch both sports. I love spending spare time doing charity work, trying to grow Miles for Smiles as much as possible so we can support others – that’s defiantly something I really enjoy.
