DON’T BE A NO SHOW PLEASE

Geoff works for treats, no treat no shake a paw. Growlers also don’t like working for no treats, we’re having an increasing number of no shows. This has a detrimental effect on our business and ability to cover running costs and of course our wages. Please check your appointment cards and if you can not attend your appointment let us know so we can fill the slot, this is the busiest time of the year and we have people crying out for appointments. We understand that sometimes life happens but all it takes is a text message. Please note charges do apply if you don’t attend, we can’t keep taking the hits I’m afraid times are hard enough as it is without the no shows. Thanks Growlers 🐾
