Nova has been going to Karl and the team for two years now. ⚽️ She has moved up into the U6’s and is progressing really well. Karl Olivier has now announced that there is going to be a new girls team. 👧🏼 Thoroughly recommend the sessions. x x x

I am so unbelievably honoured to be nominated for the Lots for Tots Awards for the Baby Class of the Year Category. 🏆

I have always endeavoured to create a nurturing space for parents where everyone feels welcome. 🤍

The classes at Bodhi & Nova were not just designed for YOUR baby but for YOU too. ⭐️

Whether you’re the new Mama who is feeling vulnerable whilst coming to terms with the new you, the Dad’s who are navigating their own parenting journey, the extended members of family who come along to support you or to mark special occasions and of course your other children who have the opportunity to bond with your baby during the sessions. Here at Bodhi & Nova, the aim is to create an experience centred around love, nurture and support. 🌿

Whilst creating my small business, so many of you have come along for the ride and I am so grateful that within our little community we have made friends for life.

✨ Spring is on the way!✨

Good morning everyone! 🥰

I made my grand return and then got hacked. (Thanks for that!) Was trying every way to get back into my business account but was worried incase I lost the entire page) 🙈

In the midst of the night I’ve finally sorted it. Who is starting to see the signs of Spring? 🌸

🌳FREE NATIONAL TRUST FAMILY DAY PASS🌳

Reach PLC are giving away FREE family passes to the first 40,000 people to sign up.

Passes allow 2 adults and up to 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children to enter most National Trust sites for free.

Passes can be used until Friday 8th March so perfect for a day out in the February Half Term.

To redeem the tickets you will need to submit your details on the online form. The first 40,000 to sign up by Friday 9th February will be emailed to let them know they have been successful. The email will contain a barcode and instructions for claiming the National Trust family tickets. ✨ For my new followers (and those of you here from the beginning!) ✨

There are many of you who I haven’t met and have started following me so I thought it would be great for me to introduce myself. 👋🏻

I’m Faye - the founder of Bodhi & Nova Parent and Baby Wellness.

🌿 I am Mom to little Nova who is 4.
🌿 I am a Qualified Teacher and worked in the education sector for over 10 years
🌿 I decided to start my own business after having a lockdown baby and finding that there were limited services that could offer support.
🌿 The classes we did attend were solely aimed at the development of my baby and I wanted to create something that would positively impact parents AND babies. A place where people in the local community could truly connect with one another and make new friends.
🌿 I chose the name ‘Bodhi & Nova’ because the Bodhi tree is often associated with the path of enlightenment and it is reminder us of the ultimate power than lies within all of us. Nova is a Latin word which means new.

🌿 My ethos is “Supporting you to discover the potential that lies within each and every one of us through love, nurture and connection. Helping parents to have confidence in their own instinctive abilities as they embark on their new beginning with their baby.” 🌿

🌿 I am currently delivering Baby Massage Classes, Seasonal Workshops, Developmental Play Classes but I am hoping to expand these further.

🌿 I love music - going to concerts and festivals. 🎶
🌿Travelling the world makes me really happy and I hope that Nova and I can share this passion. 🌎
🌿 I have an Olde Tyme English Bulldog called Luna but we call her Bear Bear. 🐻
🌿 I am drawn to the ocean - maybe it’s a Pisces thing?
🌿 I’m originally from Birmingham and now embracing the land of Swad.
🌿 This year I am aiming to do something new/go somewhere new each month.
