Iceland has announced that pensioners all across the country will be able to get a £30 voucher towards their groceries amidst soaring food costs. The frozen foods supermarket chain has joined forces with The Rothesay Foundation to launch their new 'Summer Cheer' campaign which will be available until September 16. It will see thousands of pensioners who rely solely on state pensions, living independently or with a carer, eligible for a £30 voucher that can be used towards "food and other essentials." The campaign will also provide copies of Age UK's financial advice information guide

Pilates is a safe, effective and non- impact form of exercises that targets core muscle groups to align and stabilise the spine, improve posture, joint mobility and increase muscle flexibility and strength.
Regardless of age, gender, body type and fitness level, Pilates is for everyone.
Classes are £8 per class or £35 for a Block of 5.

Classes are limited to 8-10 people per class
