The room at Labyrinth Therapy Rooms has now been vacated. Over the next 4 months I shall be using it for Sound baths, guided meditations and crystal meditations with only 4/6 people in each session.. keep your eye out in the next couple of weeks for me advertising and get booked soon as I have had a lot of interest .. afternoon and evening sessions will be available at affordable prices and including refreshments.. more information soon ###x

Autumn is here and nights are drawing in.. time to think about spending time on ourselves.. and so from mid November I (Lynn) will be running some lovely workshops in Crystal Meditation, guided meditation and also some Sound baths at Labyrinth, these will be limited to only 5 or 6 people a session I will be posting more news soon , these will not be expensive and some will be in the day time and some early evenings .. xx
