This Sunday — Men’s Release & Recharge Event

We’ve teamed up with the brilliant Ann & Steve from Ener-Chi Connection to bring something special to the men of our community.

After a powerful stress-release session on the bags, Ann — an experienced sound therapist who works with Elysian — and her partner Steve will lead a deeply calming guided relaxation to help you reset your mind, body, and breathing.

It’s completely FREE, open to all men, and there’s no pressure to talk.
Just show up, let off steam, and give yourself a proper reset.

Just something I have been hard working on along side copper and sea glass all to be available on Saturday L and T Events Christmas market on the Delph swadlincote plus Steven has been hard at work making his beautiful sprays, balms, so much we have gift boxes available for that perfect gift not just for Christmas 😉 just to say i care ....hope to see you there if its just to say hi and feel the beautiful vibes that will be going on 🌲🎶

This week, the Moon is about to put on a show unlike anything we’ve seen since 2006 — a spectacle that won’t return until 2043. The final supermoon of 2025 is also a major lunar standstill, the same rare celestial event ancient builders aligned Stonehenge to track.

During a lunar standstill, the Moon reaches the most extreme positions in its 18.6-year cycle. And because this one aligns with a supermoon, the effect is extraordinary. The Moon will be 17,000 miles closer, making it appear 14 percent larger and 30 percent brighter than a typical full moon.

🌍 What You'll See:
⬆️ Northern Hemisphere: The Moon will climb unusually high in the sky, far beyond its typical winter arc.
⬇️ Southern Hemisphere: It will hang low and golden, glowing near the horizon like a lantern suspended over the Earth.

Astronomers are calling it the most extreme full moon until 2042, a moment where orbital mechanics and ancient skywatching traditions collide in breathtaking fashion.
