The Holistic Hideaway is ran by Helen, a fully qualified massage and reiki therapist, who prides herself in offering the best possible treatments for her clients. After many years of working in a highly stressful job, Helen decided it was time for a career change and made the choice to qualify in various holistic therapies in order to help others escape the stresses of every day life. This is the perfect place to book yourself an hours escape, you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Whether you are looking for a bit of time out and relaxation or you have specific aches and pains that you would like to relieve, The Holistic Hideaway is the right place for you. Based on York Road in Church Gresley, the therapy room is located in a peaceful and cosy hideaway at the end of the garden, with a heated massage table and a relaxed atmosphere it is a real escape.
There are a wide range of treatments to choose from including various types massage, reiki, hopi ear candles and holistic facials. If you want any further information about any of the treatments, Helen will be happy to discuss them with you and put together the perfect treatment package, just for you.
As well as providing treatment from the Hideaway Helen offers treatments to the guests at Peake’s Retreats in Anslow, The Lakeview Lodge in Moira and The Dandelion Hideaway in Osbaston.
