There was a lot of smiles when Winnie the Pony came to visit the Paddocks 🐴. Winnie had the opportunity to meet a lot of the residents who wanted to give her a brush and some carrots 🥕. We look forward to welcoming Winnie and Daisy back for a visit with us here at The Paddocks.

At The Paddocks we take our training for our team extremely seriously, and because of this Gemma acted quickly and professional when a resident unfortunately started to choke and could not breathe. Due to Gemma and the team providing the correct first aid they were able to remove the object, allowing the resident to breathe again. If it was not for their quick actions this could have been life changing. A huge THANK YOU to Gemma for administering the first aid and ensuring the resident, their family who was with them at the time and team were supported and ok. A truly remarkable action 💐
