Creative Kinesiology
KINESIOLOGY assists the client to help find their way back to balanced energy. Creative Kinesiologists are 'Trackers'. They find clues to the client's story - whether it be physical stress or trauma (emotional upheavals and behavioural patterns or beliefs that run their lives), using simple muscle testing to help find a starting point.
The CK Tracker and the client then work together to discover all part of the story, and then use kinesiology and healing techniques to bring their body's energy into balance. Both are partners in pursuit of health and wellbeing. In this way clients can release the old story that was built to protect themselves at a particular point in their lives.
Mandy holds Diplomas in Creative Kinesiology and Perceptual Bodywork (2004) and Colour Therapy (2001) and is a Reiki Master (2000), Bach Flower Practitioner (2001), No Hands Massage Advanced Practitioner (2010) and Indian Head Massage Therapist (2000). She is currently training to be a Deepak Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor and hopes to bring her interests in dance, art and music together with these to run online courses and local women’s retreats.
