Unfortunately theirs so many elderly that dont have family or friends for support.

Do you have an elderly neighbour near by?

I know we are all busy juggling our own lives but if you can Just pop by & introduce yourself & offer what ever help you can..

Might be that your heading to the shops, do they need anything?
A chat, we all know this is important, a five minute chat goes along way.
Maybe you have some dinner left over that can be heated up, or a nice piece of cake that you have available...
they would really appreciate just a little bit of time. 💚

What to do if your worried about someone

Contact-

💚 your local council

In an emergency- 999 or the police.

Can’t believe it’s been a yr, and what a yr it has been! I’ve been so lucky to meet & support the most amazing, strong, kind, inspiring people. I will forever remember those who are no longer with us. 💙
