Iā€™ll be honestā€¦ I was a little disappointed to see a 0.5lb gain on the scales this week šŸ˜„

BUTā€¦ that didnā€™t stop me achieving Slimmer of the Month! šŸŽ‰

I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever had that before, so Iā€™m incredibly proud of myself. It just goes to show that progress isnā€™t about one week ā€” itā€™s about consistency over time.

Iā€™ve had a brilliant February of Food Optimising, and Iā€™m heading into March focused, motivated and ready to do even better šŸ’ŖāœØ
