I’ll be honest… I was a little disappointed to see a 0.5lb gain on the scales this week 😥

BUT… that didn’t stop me achieving Slimmer of the Month! 🎉

I don’t think I’ve ever had that before, so I’m incredibly proud of myself. It just goes to show that progress isn’t about one week — it’s about consistency over time.

I’ve had a brilliant February of Food Optimising, and I’m heading into March focused, motivated and ready to do even better 💪✨

On plan. On track. Not giving up.
