Please Be Kind to Our Reception Team

We know that needing medical help can sometimes be stressful or worrying, and we always do our best to support you. However, we’ve recently seen an increase in rude and abusive behaviour towards our reception team. This is not acceptable.

Our receptionists are here to help you get the right care as quickly and safely as possible. They work under the guidance of our doctors to direct you to the most appropriate service for your need, whether that’s an appointment, advice, or another form of support.

Please remember that they are real people doing their best for you and our community. We ask everyone to treat them with the same respect and kindness you’d expect in return.

Thank you for helping us make the surgery a safe, friendly place for staff and patients alike.

TELEPHONE PROBLEM

We are experiencing a problem with our phone lines, which seems to be telling patients we are closed. Our telephone engineers are looking into this problem.
