🌼 Hay fever season is starting… are you feeling it yet?
As spring arrives, pollen levels begin to rise - and for many people that means sneezing, itchy eyes, a runny or blocked nose and general irritation. Hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) is a common allergy triggered by pollen from trees, grasses and weeds, and symptoms are often worse between late March and September when pollen counts are higher.
