10 year's service!

This week marks our Office Manager Lisa's 10th year with the team.

The office team play a vital role in ensuring our patients' fertility journeys are as smooth as possible. For 10 years, after leaving her previous role within HRI's pharmacy team, Lisa has dedicated her career to the world of fertility and supporting patients.

On behalf of Hull & East Riding Fertility and our patients, a huge thank you to the contribution Lisa makes on a daily basis.

MacMillan Coffee Morning:

Since we have so many talented bakers at the clinic, we decided to extend our usual coffee morning into a full MacMillan Cake Week last week!

Thanks to everyone who baked, donated, and enjoyed some cake; we raised an amazing £173.50 to help support the nearly 3.5 million people in the UK living with cancer.

A huge well done to the whole team for your generosity and enthusiasm!

Inclement weather - mud alert!

For anyone visiting the clinic tomorrow please take care on the steps and path infront of the clinic. The heavy rain has caused some of the mud and leaves in the flowerbeds to reposition right outside the door.

We are aiming to get this all cleared before anyone arrives tomorrow, but we wanted to give you the heads up, just in case this weather continues.

Congratulations & thank you Karen!

Last week was a 25 year milestone for Karen. Karen, one of our lovely Patient Coordinators, has supported patients and been a friendly ear to both patients and colleagues for 25 years.

As the world of fertility has evolved over the years, Karen has worked through many changes, from new admin and regulatory processes, to changes in technology, 2 clinic relocations and thousands of patient conversations.
