All sessions are now being offered via we**am or telephone. I’ve been ‘online’ for a number of years now. I appreciate it may not be everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but it’s a great alternative, in the current climate. Don’t hesitate to get in touch, if you need a safe space to talk.

Self Injury or Self Harm Awareness Week

Raising awareness of self-injury leads to understanding and empathy, banishing judgment and fear, and reducing the number of people who feel alone and suffer in silence.

Talking more openly about self-injury can also educate people who do not self-injure but improve understanding for all.

https://calmharm.co.uk/ is a FREE app that can help you manage self-harm.

The NHS also Publishes Self Help Guidance found here;

Alternatively, speaking to a counsellor can help you understand why you need to self injure/self-harm.
