David Knight went to Las Vegas for the biggest meet of his lifeโ€ฆ and came home a world champion.

Yesterday, he crossed the finish line of the Cardiff Half Marathon - the furthest heโ€™s ever run.

Thatโ€™s not just a race. Thatโ€™s months of quiet graft.
Staying consistent. Showing up through niggles.
