Hello all...
I've been putting this off but it's with a heavy heart I wanted to let you know- the relatives, professionals and friends of Ty Victoria that I haven't had chance to see or speak too yet, Friday will be my last shift in Ty Victoria.
Sadly I have had to make this decision because of my family commitments.
I have had the most amazing time over the last 4.5 years and will miss the residents, relatives and staff inexplicably. I have a heart full of love for all our residents and will always look back with fondness at my time as registered manager and the memories I have and that we have shared. To end my time on a positive note - our recent CIW inspection will be available to read online shortly In a few weeks time and this is a testament of how hard all the staff have worked to ensure your loved ones receive the very best care, love and support. Long may this continue. Best wishes
