Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you for your continued support and patience. We know appointments at Kate Rees Elite Physiotherapy have been limited lately, and we truly apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The reason? We’re in the process of moving to a brand new, upgraded premises to serve you even better! This exciting transition means there’s been a short-term impact on availability — but we promise it will be worth the wait.

At Elite Physiotherapy, we’re passionate about delivering top-level care to both sporting and non-sporting clients. Our approach is built on comprehensive assessments, a range of effective hands-on techniques, and bespoke rehabilitation programs – including individualized online exercise plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Mission Statement

I have decided to use my physiotherapy experience in professional sport to provide elite physiotherapy and rehabilitation to everyone. This may vary from semi professional athletes and sporting enthusiasts, all the way to patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery or experiencing back or neck pain. I aim to provide a high level of assessment, advice, treatment and rehabilitation. If you require an appointment, please call, inbox or email and I will aim to get back to you within 24hours with an appointment.
