We are looking for Health Care Assistants to come and join our team! We are a small residential care home situated within the Uplands, Swansea. The position will include assisting our residents with all their needs such as personal care, assistance with meal times and emotional support. Due to the nature of our work, staff are expected to work some bank holidays and over christmas period, within reason.
Experience within the care sector is desired but not necessary as our experienced staff will give training. QCF level 2 and above is preferable but, again, not necessary as these diplomas can be offered within work.
