1 table Spoon of Sweetener 1/2 a Syn
Vanilla Essence
Total 0% Greek Yogurt
1 level Table Spoon of Cocoa powder 2 & 1/2 Syns
Mix all together and microwave on full Power for 4 Mins

Serve with plain Quark and mix in Vanilla Essence and 1/2 a Tablespoon of Sweetener and mixed berries Deeeeelicious
