The family of Raymond Thomas have asked that we share the details of his funeral arrangements:

On 3rd February 2026, Raymond was called home. At this time of peace, his hand was held by his wonderful Wife Jean. Raymond and Jean had the comfort of being surrounded by their seven devoted Children and partners, fourteen beloved Grandchildren and ten busy Great-Grandchildren. If you would like to bless us with your company please join us on Friday 27th February at the Lifepoint Centre Ffynone Road, SA1 6BT, the family arrive at 11.25am. Interment will follow at Oystermouth Cemetery at 2.15pm, Oystermouth Swansea, SA3 4SW. We also extend the invitation to be with us using zoom.

The family of Margaret Evason have asked that we share the details of her funeral arrangements:

Peacefully on Tuesday 27 January 2026, in the care of the Old Vicarage Nursing Home and surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of the late Brian, devoted mum of Philip, Andrew and John and much loved mother-in-law of Monica, Angie and Carlos. Adored grandmother of Charlyn, Mark, Leon, Joshua, Luke, Isabella and Massimo, and great-grandmother of Lily Rose, Aneira-Beth and Ellen. Loving sister of Donald, sister-in-law Marian, and dearly loved aunt of Anne and Christopher.

Margaret will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

A service to celebrate Margaret’s life will be held at St Teilo’s Church, Bishopston, on Friday 20th February at 12.30 pm, followed by interment in the churchyard.

Black attire optional.

The family of Ronald James Draisey (Ron) have asked that we share the details of his funeral arrangements:-

Peacefully, on Sunday 28th December 2025 at Neath Port Talbot Hospital. Ron, much loved husband of Joy, godfather to Jodie, brother-in-law to Bryan, Mavis, David & Kevin, brother to Roger & Margaret. Ron was Top Tenor and Life Member of Dunvant Male Choir and a proud member of the old Swansea Borough Police, later transferring to The Traffic Department where he served the rest of his service. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service at Ebeneser Chapel Dunvant on Monday 2nd February 2026 at 11.15am, followed by Llanelli Crematorium at 1pm.

Sadly on Saturday 27th December, Carol beloved wife of Paul, devoted mother of Rhodri, adored mamgu of Nico, loved sister of Eirwyn and Elsie and sister-in-law of Christine.

Carol will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and former colleagues at Morriston Hospital and the Health Board.
