Save these dates for the diary for the next fantastic Big Welsh Festival of Wellbeing in Carmarthen - the weekend of 17th and 18th May 2025! This event is getting bigger and better each year and is raising important funds for charity Carmarthen Breakthro Caerfyrddin. I love working the festival as Elevate Holistic Therapies and always look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting and working with new people 💜

🌟There will be a lot of different stall holders selling lush homemade gifts, food, skincare, jewellry, crystals and much more.
🌟I will be there with my holistic massage therapies alongside a variety of Complementary Therapists.
🌟Come for a reading with a choice of different types of Readers available.

Plenty of parking, seating area for rest & refreshments, workshops during both days, dog friendly, indoor and outdoor.

This week is Aromatherapy Awareness week and I want to share my deep appreciation for DōTERRA’s essential oils 💜🌿 The top 10 oils have complemented my medicine cabinet at home and helped support my emotional and physical wellbeing over the past few years. I even use my oils for chemical-free cleaning around the home 🙂 One of my favourites is Peppermint - an all rounder for me. My tips for use:
🌿 Fuzzy head or headache? I add one drop of oil to the palm of my hand and rub both hands together. I cup my hands and breathe in the vapours slowly for a refreshing, stimulating lift that brushes away the cobwebs
🌿 On a hot day repeat as above, placing one hand on the forehead and one hand on the back of the neck for a cooling effect
🌿 I add one drop of peppermint to a large glass of water and stir well before drinking to ease any nausea or digestive discomfort Only one drop is needed to feel the therapeutic effects of these amazing oils 💜🌿💜 More to come tomorrow xx
