This is a reference for the above care company, who are currently providing a domiciliary care
service to my mother in Denbighshire, North Wales.
The Team have been in place for over a month. The standard of care and attention they have
shown has been exemplary. In particular:
• Patience with my mother, who has dementia.
• Attention to detail; always wanting to learn more about my mother’s preferences so that
they can cater their service to her.
• Kindness and compassion when my mother is confused or in pain.
• Superb communications skills with family members.
The care received has made a huge difference to the quality of my mother’s life. It has been
