My Story

Level 5 Sports and Remedial massage therapist working with the general public and international sports teams since 2014. Focused on relieving pain and joint limitations through soft tissue therapies, mobilisations, medical acupuncture and stretching. I have had a range of patients from Elite Rugby Teams such as South Africa and Australia through to middle aged office workers and long distance drivers struggling with back and neck pain, pregnant ladies, new mums and the very elderly suffering with joint pains and restrictions. I am an experienced, up beat, positive therapist getting you back to your best and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
