Taking A Pause For Rest & Renewal💕

Hello beautiful community,
I wanted to share that I'll be stepping away for a short period of annual leave to recharge, reset and nourish my own wellbeing. As someone who encourages others to prioritise rest, I'm honouring that practice myself.
During this time, I won't be active on social media or responding to messages, but please know your enquiries are important to me. I'll get back to everything once I return on 11th December.

Some days my depression and hormones team up and it feels like the world gets heavier overnight.

Around my period, my mood often dips significantly I feel drained, emotional and disconnected from myself.

For a long time, I used to fight it.

I thought it meant I was “regressing” or “not strong enough.” But I’ve learned this truth:

🩸 Hormones can amplify depression.

💬 Feeling low doesn’t erase your progress.

💛 You can take care of yourself and still have bad days.

If you’re in that space right now……. Tired, teary, and over it……Please know it’s temporary.

You’re not broken, you’re just human.
Be kind to your body. It’s doing more work than you realise.

🌟 An Important Update from Tranquil Oasis 🌟

After five wonderful and successful years, we’ve made the difficult decision not to continue with our Spiritual Advent Calendars this year. 💫

With stock prices increasing so dramatically, we want to keep our products affordable and accessible and unfortunately, it’s just not possible to do that while maintaining the quality you all love.

We’re so grateful for everyone who has supported this special Tranquil Oasis tradition over the years. 🙏✨

Welcome to Tranquil Oasis. My name is Charlotte Cole & Im fully qualified in Beauty therapy, Holistic therapy & Complementary therapies.

My Tranquil Oasis jorney began in 2010 where my love for holistic therapies began. I always knew I wanted my clients to experience complete harmony whilst on a journey of ultimate relaxation.

The Holistic Approach is treating the person as a whole, body, mind & spirit. Holistic Therapists believe energy needs to flow freely in your body, however, sometimes unknowingly these energies can become blocked and may cause you emotional or physical pain.

I offer a wide range of treatments which range from Hot Stone Therapy, Reiki Healing, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hopi, Ear Candling, holistic Facials, Body Massages, Hand & Foot Rituals, Crystal Healing, Marmassage.
