By combining Yoga, mindful movement and holistic therapies under one roof we are a one-stop- shop for all physical practices that are healthy and whole. We offer everything that your body needs and nothing that it doesn’t. With no memberships required and an easy online booking system we aim to make fitness and wellbeing fun, flexible and accessible to all. Our state of the art Yoga studio features everything from beginners’ classes to Power Yoga; from Infrared Hot Yoga to Restorative Yoga and meditation. We offer classes for all of the family aged from just 7 weeks old, through all the stages of life to Chair Yoga for the elderly. We are proud to have the best teachers in the area and we firmly believe that Yoga is for everyone. Our Movement studio offers mindful exercise classes that have been created to work your body in a positive way; leaving you feeling energised, strong and injury free. From Pilates to TRX, Barre- workout to Callisthenics we have a class to suit your needs. There is no joining fee, no monthly membership, just simple online booking to suit you, to support you on your journey to health we are fortunate to have some wonderful body workers offering a range of treatments from Traditional Chinese acupuncture to massage and reflexology. Our talented therapists are friendly and knowledgeable and will leave you feeling entirely at ease. Our studio boutique stocks a unique range of active wear and accessories, mats and jewellery. We’re often asked what to bring to class — and the good news is, you don’t need to bring a thing!

Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need to feel supported, comfortable, and at ease in your practice. Here’s a peek inside our well-stocked props cupboard:

1. Yoga Mat
Our signature green mats are soft, supportive, and ideal for beginners.

2. Alternative Yoga Mat
Prefer something more grippy? Try our brown h**p mats — perfect for hot classes or if you tend to get sweaty hands and feet.

3. Cork Blocks
Sturdy, grounding, and versatile. Use one or two to bring the floor closer or support deeper stretches.

4. Knee Pads
A firm favourite! Great for cushioning knees during lunges and floor work.

5. Strap / Belt
Think of it as an arm-extender — perfect for hamstring stretches and binding poses.

6. Grey Blanket
Use it for padding, sliding, or folding into just the right support under your hips or knees.

7. Foam Block
Need a little lift in seated poses? These soft blocks help you find comfort and ease.

8. Bolster

A 10 min sequence to add into your Sunday!

We can’t always fit a full 60/75 min practice in to our day but we do always have 10 mins.

Put your phone down, get off the sofa and have a little time to move and breathe.

Of course, if you do have more than 10 mins then head down to the studio classes at 10am, 11.15am and 7pm
