My trauma training has provided me with the status of Certified Trauma Professional enabling me to offer specialist trauma therapy to those who may be suffering from PTSD and Complex PTSD. I am trained in a range of evidence based trauma therapies. Additionally, as an ADHD- Clinical Services Provider, I specialise in working with ADHD. I'm passionate about helping individuals find their strength and resilience amidst life's challenges. My journey in counselling has been shaped by a deep commitment to understanding and supporting those in need. Together, we'll navigate your unique journey towards healing, empowerment, and a greater sense of well-being.
