Sauna Hut Wales the mobile sauna. We were inspired by our travels in a number of sauna loving countries. Find us in Langland; Mumbles; Parkmill and Port Einon.

So we designed and built a beautiful mobile wood fired sauna. Come and join us!

Something new for 2026. We will be running a ‘Sauna Shanty Crew’ and ‘Sweaty Brothers’.

The Sauna Shanty Crew we are looking for a mixed group of people that are up for learning and singing sea shanties in the sauna. No experience needed, just the willingness to have a go. Meeting four an hour every fortnight, join us when you can.

Sweaty Brothers provides a safe space for men to slow down, look after themselves, and speak openly. The sauna becomes a place to reflect, with honest conversations about life, challenges, and how we’re really doing. With the same small group meeting once a month for 6 months, it’s a welcoming community focused on connection, mental wellbeing, and growing together.

Note - Sweaty Brothers groups do not provide therapy or counselling, and the facilitators are not trained mental health professionals. If you require that level of support, please see your GP or contact an organisation such as mind (https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/).

walessaunahut Sauna Hut Wales locations over Christmas and New Year. Langland today; Christmas Eve & Boxing Day are full. Spaces Saturday the 27th in Parkmill by the river;
Sunday the 28th Langland; Monday 29th Port Einon. Then New Year's Eve and New Year's Day we are back in Langland and have spaces for you, friends and family. If you need a late gift, consider our gift vouchers for our sauna experience.

Good afternoon - we shall keep running a regular WBT COMPETITION. Regularly giving the chance for our Facebook friends to win a seat in a ‘shared sauna’, at our new site Mumbles! To be claimed within a month of winning it.

You need to identify where in Gower the photograph was taken, ‘Where by to?’ (WBT?). Then comment on this post explaining 1/ WBT? The photograph was taken. 2/ Why you would like a Sauna Hut sauna and cold water dip with us.

NB/ You can only claim one WBT in a 6 month period, so if you have won a seat please leave it for others.

Sauna Hut update: Mumbles this Saturday, Langland is full this Sunday (please book for future Sundays). At Nomads tapas bar with our sauna and cold water tub on the 11th December. Also please consider supporting our business by purchasing a ‘Gift Voucher’ for friends/family for a healthy gift.
