I'm Marcia from Elevate Holistic Therapies waiting to give a warm welcome to you at the retreat 💜 I am a qualified massage therapist and aromatherapist and will be offering either taster treatments or longer treatments suited to how you are feeling on the day. Tomorrow at Craig-y-nos Country Park at the Pavilion. Starts at 11am, see you there in beautiful surroundings 🌳🌿 Free to attend and free workshops, traders, complementary therapists and final soundbath which will have a charge - see the event page for details. A short walk from the car park. Bring your dogs as there is a treat for them too. The weather will be fabulous and so will the company! 💜☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
