Soul Rest ~ Yoga Nidra & Reiki Journey

This is sanctuary for your nervous system.
A soft landing back home to you.

We begin with gentle breath, the kind that loosens the edges of the day and calls you inward.

You’ll then be guided into the tender stillness of Yoga Nidra, a space between waking and dreaming where the body rests deeply.

As you surrender into rest, I’ll move through the space offering hands-on Reiki ~ warm, intuitive energy touch that invites release, balance, and the subtle remembrance of wholeness.

Nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
Just to be held.

Allow yourself this hour to rest, receive and be restored where you return to the quiet pulse beneath it all.

Feeling in need of some rest, time to restore, relax and take some time for you? This practice is for you and will allow your nervous system the space and time it’s needs to slow down and regulate.

Yoga Nidra will support you to find a deep rest and rejuvenation for your body and your mind. It supports your nervous system to calm, supports healthier sleep patterns, increases energy through having the deep rest this practice offers, has the capacity to reduce anxiety and lower stress levels.

The practise of Yoga Nidra is done laying down where you are invited to rest and allow your body and mind to soften, whilst I take you on a jounery into relaxation and bliss through the guidance of my voice

There is nothing required from you other than to rest and absorb the deep healing benefits of the practise.

I assure you that you will leave feeling restored and very relaxed 💛

Soul Hibernate is a 2 night 3 day retreat designed to honour that call.

Release & Realign Mini October Retreat

As the rhythm of Autumn arrives, nature reminds us of the beauty in letting go. This season invites us to soften, to release what feels heavy, and to realign with the clarity of who we are becoming.

On Sunday 12th October, 9am–1pm, I’ll be guiding a soul-nourishing Mini Retreat Reset at the beautiful .

This half-day retreat will be a gentle journey of restorative, gentle movement to unravel tension and create space in your body. There will be time to immerse in the outdoor spa area with a sauna, aromatherapy steam, cold plunge and hot tub. Inviting all the senses of the body to awaken. To seal our time together we will embark on a Yoga Nidra practice to soothe your nervous system and realign you with presence and possibility

I have created this offered for you to pause, replenish, and gift yourself the sacred care you so deeply deserve.

The importance of slowing down

Our bodies were never designed to survive the fast pace that life is now delivering. This world that now pulls us to do more, to be more, to give more. Our systems are exhausted because we are forgetting to give it one of the most important things that it needs…..time to slow down.

The body longs for moments where it can soften, release, and remember its natural rhythm. When we allow time for this, we are encouraging our whole inner system to slow down and take the time it needs to recover.

This is something that I never used to take time for. I didn’t listen to my body’s longing for it and eventually it began to show. I was exhausted, lived in a body filled with stress and anxiety and ran my life on empty. When I began to take on slower practices, I soon released it was the biggest gift that I could ever give my body and my life.

Soul Flow’s Wednesday evenings practice delivers just this, a complete rest for your whole system. To find time breathe, to soothe the parts of you holding on and to find balance in being rather than doing.

So why not invite yourself to come to a place for you to slow everything down, to move gently, breathe deeply, and rest fully.

✨Autumn Equinox Workshop ✨

As the seasons shift, we are also being invited to soften, release, and realign.

The Autumn Equinox is sacred pause within the year, a moment of balance between light and dark, and an opening into our own transformation.

To honour this season of transformation, I would like to invite you to join me for a two-hour evening of where we will be nourished by our breath, eased by gentle embodied movement and gifted time to listen to what it is we need through meditation and journalling.

Together, we will create space to let go of what no longer serves and welcome in more clarity, intention, and renewal for the season ahead.
