Start point-Weight cut-Muscle gain ✅🔥

Nath came to me 6 months ago wanting to completely transform his body shape ready for his holiday to America next week.

We went through a big fat loss phase, then into a lean build and then finally a 2 week cut to bring his definition through before he goes away!

This is the perfect example of what consistency and determination over time can do👊🏻

You can’t half train your way to a strong, lean body.
The same way you can’t kind of diet and expect a transformation

You’ve got to train hard, eat with purpose, and stay consistent, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

That means pushing past comfort, saying no to excuses, and showing up when motivation fades.

Weight gain📈

Normally it’s a cut I’ll do for a progress picture but I was feeling really light for a long while so it’s been nice eating more and adding some weight back on✅

Positives are obviously feeling generally stronger and more up for it on any aspect… but the downside is my running slows up, but I’ll cut a couple lbs when I’ve got a race coming up so it’s cool

Diet wise I’m on 6 meals a day atm where as before the first picture it was 5 smaller meals. My training hasn’t actually changed that much apart from running once a week and not three times, which I got a feeling is gonna bite me in the ass this week down the track.

11 weeks left of 2025 🚨

Don’t know where this year has gone but there’ll be a new one here before you know it👊🏻

If you’ve hit all the New Year’s resolutions you made then great, if you didn’t.. you’ve got 11 weeks, you can do a lot of things in 11 weeks, so get to work📈

It’s also time to start thinking about next year, what you want to achieve etc. This can be fitness, family, business related or even a holiday you’ve always wanted to go on, anything you want really!

New Year’s resolutions are great and I make them myself, but there’s also no harm in getting a hard start on them and getting to work now, you’ll either end up set up and organised to smash those targets in January, or you may even actually do that before the new year comes in, so it’s definitely not gonna hurt you getting a head start now

Start thinking about where you want to be and then start making the steps to get you there.

Owen recently completed an 8 week 1-1 coaching plan with myself in build up to Hyrox in Malaga a couple weeks ago. His starting weight was 17 stone and his weight on race day was 15 stone 3, he took a big 6 minutes off his personal best!👏🏻

The diet was based on weight loss but at the same time he needed to be fueled up for the tough hyrox and conditioning based workouts on the plan. So that’s what we did📈👊🏻

Great results coming in from Jayke to start the week🫱🏼‍🫲🏻

After finishing his 3 months coaching plan, he’s dropped a huge 16kgs✅

The main stumbling blocks here were

1. Staying consistent
2. Knowing what actually works
3. Eating right

To combat these we set up strategies

1. Build habits to improve his consistency
2. Keep things simple so he would know what worked
3. Plan the diet around his lifestyle

Every person who’s in shape has worked around their stumbling blocks. They got organised and stayed the course.
