In the corner of my therapy room, a box of tissues stands,
A silent witness supporting you, so please take one in your hands.

Its not uncomman in therapy for Tears to fall like rain,
For tears are simply testament to show that we can release our pain.

For in this room, I hear many hearts unburden,
Helping you to recognise, crying is a special gift and not an actual burden

For in those precious tear drops your emotions start to free
And telling me with misty eyes "I finally feel like me"

For tissues catch what words cannot,
As feelings come to heal, in this sacred space I chose, allowing your heart to feel.

So let the tears fall my friend and let them cleanse your soul,
For crying makes the broken whole.
In my therapy room.

Jacquelyn Haley is a Clinical Reflexologist, Reiki Master and Holistic Practitioner. She runs a successful practice from her Home City - Swansea, UK. She is also a graduate of The University of Glamorgan in Complementary Health Care. Her working hours are flexible. She is a member of the highly prestige Federation Of Holistic Therapists and The General Register of Hypnotherapists.

Jacquelyn has 10 years experience in her field and more recently has gained Qualifications in Meditation & Neuro Science. More and more we are seeing scientific evidence of the mind and body connections. Science has provided so many medical breakthroughs in the last 20 years.

Wholism or Holistic Health means we treat the person as a whole, not just a sum part. Practitioners are a bit like plumbers, they seek to find the route cause of the “leak” and fix it, not just stick a plaster over it and hope the issue will go away it

More often or not, our health issues are caused by trapped unresolved emotions. Its like being caught up in the past and not allowing acceptance into our lives. The body keeps score as they say and eventually we become run down, either mentally or physically. We can start to suffer from many different ailments and conditions. Reflexology & Reiki can help as release all these.
