April Court Care Home - Cartref Gofal Cwrt Ebrill Adding life to years to add years to life It’s in close proximity to the Gower Peninsular and the City of Swansea. Our motto is ‘Providing a Home from Home’.

April Court Care Home situated in Swansea, South Wales, opened as a Care Home in 1986 and is a very friendly and welcoming Home that offers every resident the best of both worlds: a high standard of care delivered by a professional team and a place where they can relax and enjoy their life. The new Marina development, Liberty Stadium and shopping facilities nearby makes it an ideal place to reside in. April Court Care Home plays an integral part within the local community. We pride ourselves in the standard of care and commitment that is delivered to our residents. This is largely attributed to a dedicated and loyal team of staff. Our aim is to provide a home from home for the elderly. We welcome involvement from friends and families to ensure that our residents enjoy the relationships they may have built over many years.

Don’t Dance Alone has come to April Court Care Home - Cartref Gofal Cwrt Ebrill ⭐️ The event was instigated by Eleri in year 4, who wanted to do something special.
