This Easter weekend, we have to talk about eggs! π°π₯
Not the chocolate ones the Easter Bunny will deliver on Sunday (though I cannot wait for those!), but the precious eggs in your ovaries.
As we age, our egg reserve naturally declines. But hereβs the good news: while we canβt change QUANTITY, we absolutely CAN support QUALITY π
What helps egg quality:
π₯ Antioxidant-rich foods (berries, leafy greens, colorful veg)
π± Key nutrients: CoQ10, folate, omega-3s, vitamin C& D
π΄ Quality sleep - all our cells including eggs cells repair while we sleep
π§ Staying hydrated
π§ββοΈ Stress management (hello reflexology!)
π Avoiding smoking, alcohol and toxic substances
πββοΈ Gentle, regular exercise
The 90 days before ovulation is when your eggs are maturing - this is your window to support them.
Whether youβre 25 or 45, supporting egg health matters. Small changes, consistently applied, make a real difference.
Wishing you a happy and hopeful Easter π£π
With love,
Sarah x
