It is often said that people don’t leave their job, they leave
their manager. Managers are the gatekeeper to how someone
feels about their work and their wellbeing, but line managers
are often not trained to discuss health and wellbeing.

Make sure that you train up anyone with management
responsibility to have discussions on health, identify when
someone is struggling, and know where to signpost them for
support should they need it.

In loving memory of Tarryn Baird
1st November 1983 – 28th November 2017

Know More Corporate Wellness was founded in honour of my late daughter Tarryn Baird who died by su***de in November 2017.

Behind her beautiful smile was darkness which she kept to herself, she never opened up about her struggles or sought help from her loved ones in fear of the repercussions.

Despite all that she was going through she was always there for others supporting them in their time of need - nothing was too much for her.

Tarryn was a remarkable person, loved by all and missed dearly by so many. Her memory will live on and the struggles she endured will be spoken about and awareness made so that lessons can be learnt.

I have dedicated my life, to making a difference in the lives of others who are struggling with mental health, domestic abuse and coercive control. You are not alone!
