What do I eat in a day? Is a question I often hear.

This is what I’ve had soo far today;

Breakfast - shake and whizzy tea for me and made a shake for our daughter

Mid morning - cottage cheese with vegimite on ryvita

Lunch - shake

Mid afternoon snack - scrambled egg (presentation wasn’t great)

Dinner - will be chicken, rice and veg

Add in 3 litres of water in a day with hot whizzy teas or hot water with a slice of lemon and my body is happy, fuelling and energised πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
