Você já sentiu que, quando viaja, o sono f**a mais difícil — mesmo estando cansada?
Eu chamo isso de “o travesseiro que não se cala”.

Porque o travesseiro (e o quarto) guardam energia: do seu dia, das suas emoções, das suas criações mentais… e, principalmente em viagens, também podem carregar resíduos energéticos de outras pessoas (hotel, Airbnb, casa emprestada), além do seu corpo estar fora do “ambiente seguro” de sempre.

E aí acontece: você deita… e a mente liga um rádio.
Pensamentos, preocupações, planos, medo, expectativa — tudo aparece.

🌙 Quando estamos viajando, cuidar disso é essencial, porque o sono é o que regula:

🔹️humor

🔹️imunidade

🔹️ansiedade

🔹️disposição

🔹️e até como você aproveita a viagem

✨ Antes de dormir, faz essa pausa:
“O que eu estou criando dentro de mim agora?”
E depois traz o corpo de volta pro presente com respiração + som + intenção.

👉 Me conta: você dorme bem quando viaja? Ou sua mente f**a mais acelerada?
