Exciting news!!!!!! My Sports Massage Therapy Gun has arrived. Using vibration the therapy gun helps to break adhesions, tightness and tension within the muscles. It also helps to stimulate the muscles before exercise and helps to release lactic acid for when you have finished your exercise. So the main question is who wants to try it first?

I'm very excited to announce I have passed my Level 3 in sports massage from the college of Stonebridge. I passed with a distinction overall and will soon be insured so I can start taking bookings on a regular basis. Interested just drop me a message.
