MINDFULNESS ATTITUDE: ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance isn’t resignation. It’s not saying “this is fine” when it’s not.

It’s recognising reality as it is—without distortion, denial, or avoidance.

When emotions rise…When negative thoughts pop up… When situations don’t go how we hoped…

Acceptance allows us to meet all of it with honesty.
