We have partnered on an exciting piece of research-
Choosing a prosthetic device is one of the most important decisions a person with limb loss can make - yet studies show that many amputees don’t feel as involved in that decision as they’d like to be.

We want to change that.

We’re partnering with amputee-related organisations across the UK and US to conduct new research into people’s experiences of their first prosthetic appointment. The aim is simple: to help future patients feel more informed, supported and empowered when making this life-changing choice.

If you have lower-limb loss and have ever had an appointment to discuss a prosthetic device, your insights are invaluable.
