January is in full swing, and here’s your reminder that our free online fitness classes are back!
If you’re looking to stay active in a way that works for you, our inclusive online sessions are open to everyone. Classes include Paracise, Paradance, Amp’d Up, Wobble, Seated HIIT, and Yoga - all led by friendly, experienced instructors who understand amputations and limb difference.

Each 45–60 minute session can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home, while being part of a supportive and welcoming community.

New year, new goals and our free online fitness classes are BACK!
