If all you’ve done today is rest… this is for you 🤍
Some days aren’t for pushing, achieving, or doing more.
Some days are for slowing down, breathing, and just noticing how you’re actually feeling ☁️
If today has been a rest day, that’s okay. That’s not laziness, that’s your nervous system asking for care 💭
Taking a moment to breathe, noticing what you can see, hear, and feel in your body helps bring you back to the present and gently reminds your brain that you’re safe right now 🌿
You don’t need to fix anything.
You don’t need to have it all together.
Just being here is enough 🤍
