With the football season now back up and running many people will be enjoying the bets on the matches.

Please gamble responsibly and only gamble what you can afford to lose. Gambling is extremly addictive and can be very destructive.

If you or anybody you know is dealing with a gambling problem then reach out to someone.

Signs to look out for:
- Spending more money on gambling than what they can afford
- Chasing their losses
- Borrowing money to finance their gambling
- Stealing to fund their gambling
- Gambling when they should be doing something else e.g work or spending time with family
- Feeling anxious or stressed about their gambling
- Using gambling to deal with difficult feelings
- Lying to family and friends about their gambling

There’s lots of support and help out there. Do not suffer in silence.

Harry Toffolo.. the player who signed for Nottingham Forest from SkyBet Championship club Huddersfield, made his Forest debut against FUN88’s Newcastle and his home debut a week later against Betway’s West Ham..

At least there’s no temptation there and the FA and football league don’t promote gambling 👍🏻
