With the ongoing focus on the NHS, our member GP practices lost over 4000 appointments in March because their patients didn’t let them know that they were unable to attend. Each of our practices have a variety of ways that you can let them know to cancel your appointment including the NHS app. By cancelling, the appointment can be released for someone in need.
