πŸ«–πŸ’¬ A small gesture can make a big difference.
Sometimes, a simple cup of tea and a chat can help turn someone’s day around.

This Day – 5th February, we’re encouraging everyone to check in with a friend, colleague or loved one.
You don’t need the perfect words – just being there can mean everything. πŸ’™

Let’s break the silence and start the conversation.
Talking helps. Listening matters.
