Hi everyone,

We have now filled out forms for Lotties surgery and been given all of our information about it
We still have a few questions we would like to ask but this is very promising!

It is looking as though we could hear any day now about when she will be going in so I will have my phone glued to me throughout my treatments in case we get the phone call!

It's been a long wait and hopefully won't be too much longer now!

I will keep all of my bookings as they are for now and when we get the date and all the information on whether I can still work during her recovery, I will be in touch with those who I may need to move about

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for your continued support, understanding and patience over the last few days.
It's never easy when your little is poorly and I absolutely hate having to let people down, especially last minute. However my kids are my top priority and sometimes they just simply need their mummy.
We are still waiting to hear on surgery, but in some ways I'm thankful we haven't had a date just yet as Lottie has been so poorly 😞
Hopefully she is on the mend now, but I will keep you all informed if I'm needing to make any further cancellations over the next few days.

Again, I can't thank you enough for all of your lovely messages, and for your support

*** LATEST UPDATE ***

Hi everyone,
Today we were able to sit down and have a chat with a surgeon about Lottie's tonsils. There was a slight concern about her being a little small to have them out however due to the symptoms she is showing the surgeon has agreed that they definitely need to be removed. They have a slightly different way of removing her tonsils which will mean less pain and quicker recovery time which he highly recommended for someone as little as Lottie.
There is no definite time frame for the procedure - the wait list could take us into January however due to her symptoms she will be a top priority if there are any cancellations! So this means it could happen really any time from now until then!
Everyone we have met so far has been so lovely and we are really happy going forward that this is the right thing for Lottie.

I won't be making any cancellations at all for the time being. We will take it a day at a time and just wait for the call to say we can take her in!
As I've said before though, the chances are really high that I will have to make super last minute cancellations or hand you over to one of our other lovely therapists for a session while we are at the hospital and helping Lottie to recover.

As always, thank you to everyone for your continued support. I have had so many messages filled with love from so many of you and it means the world to me so thank you all so so much!

Hi everyone. Lottie was an absolute superstar at her ENT appointment today and surgery is going ahead within the next few weeks.
We don't have a date yet and there is a chance we may only be given a couple of days notice.
There is also a possibility we will have to go to Oxford or Bristol for the surgery.

With this in mind, I will most likely have to make cancellations super last minute! The girls are all absolutely amazing at the salon and have said they will be more than happy to help me cover my clients around the surgery if I'm unable to reschedule appointments that suit.

I haven't been in touch with any clients as of yet as we don't know when surgery will happen - but I will be in contact with anyone as soon as I know more

*** LIFE UPDATE ***

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to pop on and let you know that we have been talking with doctors over the last couple of months about Lottie. She is absolutely 100% healthy so nothing to worry about!!!
However, she has a VERY large tonsil😂 this unfortunately has been disrupting her sleeping and breathing 😩

We thankfully have been seen very quickly by all departments and now have an appointment to see a specialist about potentially having her tonsils removed. We have been told that she will definitely need them out however it all depends on what the specialist says at her appointment as to when this will be - whether it's straight away or whether it's best to wait a while

So please bear with me over the next few weeks/months. We don't know exactly what our appointment next week will result in but have been told that if they feel surgery is the best option, that this will be booked very quickly so she could be in for surgery by the end of the month!

This means I may be a bit scattier than usual as will be juggling things around to accommodate future appointments! So again, please bear with me as I may need to make last minute cancellations!

I have been in touch with any clients that may need to move ready for our appointment next week.

Keeping our fingers and toes crossed that we can get something sorted ASAP, not just for Lottie, but also for us to have a good night sleep 😂😂
