We see this often…

A client presents with a tight neck.

I am SO excited to announce that Bowen Training UK and the Bowen Association will be at the NES this year! The Bowen technique assists humans beautifully but….did you know….

Gentle and helpful in reducing pain and inflammation with conditions such as this.

Osteoarthritis is now understood as a whole-joint condition — involving muscles, nerves, joint fluid, connective tissue, and movement patterns, not just cartilage.

That’s why current clinical guidelines increasingly emphasise non-surgical, conservative approaches — particularly movement-based and supportive care — as important early considerations.

Bowen Therapy takes a whole-body perspective, considering how joints are supported, coordinated, and loaded through the rest of the body, rather than focusing on a single joint in isolation.
