Every 20 Minutes: Set a timer or use an app to remind yourself.
Look 20 Feet Away: Look across the room, out a window, or at a far object. This relaxes the focusing muscle in your eye.
For 20 Seconds: Keep your gaze fixed for at least 20 seconds. Blink fully a few times!
